To cancel and receive a full refund, you must notify info@clayground.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. Within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you wish to reschedule within the 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on your class price.

Makeup sessions are NOT available. You must be able to make all dates.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase. They are not refundable.

Our membership is a subscription, that is billed fortnightly. A written notice to members@clayground.com.au is required to cancel your membership. You will be charged for one last scheduled billing cycle and your membership will terminate 14 days after your last payment.

Memberships are not transferable.

If a student arrives over 30 minutes late to their scheduled class, the teacher is able to refuse entry with no rescheduling or refund possible.

You must be able to make all dates. We're not able to do make-up sessions if you can't make a date.
