Can I get a physical gift voucher card?

Yes! While our standard digital vouchers are delivered instantly online, you can drop into either our Brookvale or Rosebery studio during opening hours to purchase or collect a beautifully printed physical gift card.

This includes our one-off beginner classes (like Sip & Spin, Date Night, and Matcha Bowl Making), multi-week courses (5-week or 10-week Wheel & Handbuilding), studio memberships, drop-in sessions, private ceramic events or tools & equipment from our retail store.

All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase. This gives your recipient complete freedom to find a workshop date and location that fits seamlessly into their schedule.

Which studio location can the recipient choose?

Vouchers are completely flexible and valid at both of our Sydney locations:

Brookvale Studio: 11 Mitchell Rd, Brookvale (Northern Beaches)
Rosebery Studio: 601 Botany Rd, Rosebery (Inner South)
The recipient simply picks their preferred studio when booking their class online.

What if the class/course cost is different from the voucher value?

If the chosen experience costs more than the voucher, the recipient can simply pay the remaining balance at checkout. If the booking costs less than the voucher amount, the leftover credit stays on their voucher code to use toward another class, course, or studio item later.
