Marketing Manager

REMOTE & ON SITE 
2 DAYS PER WEEK - PART-TIME, CASUAL, FREELANCE 
$50 PER HOUR OR $350 PER DAY


We are a locally owned and run collective of eco-ceramics studios located in the eastern suburbs offering classes, workshops, memberships, events, parties and one-time experiences. In this newly created marketing role, we are looking for a highly motivated, can-do human who enjoys working in fast paced environments. Initially you will be working alongside the founder and senior marketer consultant to elevate our marketing efforts and drive outcomes for the business. 


The key purpose of the role is to manage weekly marketing activities including but not limited to:

- Website updates and changes (ideally you have experience using Shopify)

- Plan and manage social media

- Prepare weekly sales & marketing reports - Excel skills required

- Manage & Support Digital Marketing Agency

- Build & Send EDM’s

- Active Weekly Marketing Campaigns

- Marketing Planning & Budget

- PR & Influencer Engagement

- Content creation

In addition to the above you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- A degree in Marketing or PR

- 2-5 years experience in a similar role

- Be analytical with strong excel and reporting skills

- Previous digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience

- A high level of attention to detail

- Exceptional communication skills in all aspects

- Experience working with Canva (templates), Shopify and Mailchimp will be highly advantageous

Ceramics Teacher

ON-SITE - BONDI & ROSEBERY

CASUAL POSITION

RATE - $60 PER HOUR

We are a locally owned and run collective of eco-ceramics studios located in the eastern suburbs offering classes, workshops, memberships, events, parties and one-time experiences. We are looking for a ceramics teacher that has experience with Hand Building or Wheel throwing or both preferably. 


We run a range of different classes and workshops to give our students a wide understanding of ceramics, so any new ideas and styles are always welcome. We also run kids and adults classes so the ability to teach all age groups is preferable. 


The key purpose of the role is to teacher students ceramics and includes but not limited;

- Teach classes on weekdays, weekends and evenings for groups of 1-8 students

- Working with Children and Adults 

- Managing and running a class


In addition to the above you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

- Working with kids check

- Must have own ABN
