cancellation and refund policies
covid health restrictions
Students that arrive to the studio with any signs of COVID (coughing, sneezing and or a temperature of over 38 degrees) will be asked to reschedule their session for the safety of other students.
To cancel and receive a full refund, you must notify email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. Within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
If you wish reschedule within the 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on your class price.
privates & events
To cancel and receive a full refund, a customer must notify firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Memberships are not transferable.
Gift vouchers are valid for a year after purchase. They are not refundable.
